Ouch

And so...my first running blister...


What did I learn? Wear socks that fit! As soon as I put my socks on today I thought..these feel a little small. Sure enough, they fell down, but I didn't stop running and ta-da..the blister arrived.

Anyhow, there's a product called "Runner's Glide" I think. I started to use it when I was training to do the Terry Fox run. It helps prevent blisters. I also recommend wearing good shorts and shirts -- the kinds that whisk away moisture. MUCH more comfortable, huge difference. Try "Runner's World", I know they have it.
